Kenneth F. Sonntag has been a full time Real Estate Appraiser in Sheboygan County since May of 1979. After 16 years with Sonntag Appraisal, Ken started Sheboygan Appraisal Service in 1995 and has been appraising property for over 41 years.

Ken is Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser Number 532-9. Ken has also been a State Licensed Assessor II in the State of Wisconsin since 1980. Other State Licenses held by Ken are:

Besides appraising fulltime as owner of Sheboygan Appraisal Service, Ken is the full time City Assessor and Residential Building Inspector for the City of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. The combination of Appraising property and Assessing property in the same area allows for a highly qualified expert witness in the assessment appeals process.
